Brija Cosmetics Charmed Collection Review

My poor, neglected blog. Since I started uploading videos on YouTube every other day, I just have not had much motivation to write a blog post. I have so many ideas for videos and not many ideas for this blog. I also feel like my YouTube channel gets more attention which makes me, of course, want to pay it more attention. I never want to get to a point where I just don't post here anymore. After all, this is where I started.
I have been meaning to do a formal review of the Charmed collection for some time now. I got in a bit of a rut with doing nothing but "get ready with me videos." I've realized now that I need to balance out my channel a little and review the products I use. My camera has also recently decided to be rude and become difficult about taking photos. Luckily, I managed to get the swatches done before it started in with the shenanigans.
 Here we go.
The Charmed collection was Brija's first collection, and it's based on the TV show Charmed. (Gasp.) I have not seen this show in it's entirety, but my mom really enjoyed it, and I do plan on watching it eventually.  This collection comes with six one gram pigments that come in five gram jars. You can purchase the full collection for $27, or you can buy shadows individually for $5.
One thing I really love about Brija is that I know I don't have to worry about ingredients. Brianna, the owner of Brija, and I have the same standards for ingredients we use. It's nice to not have to check every single product I want to get to make sure that I am fine with what's in it.
I also really enjoy the quality of the shadows. They are pigmented, blend well, and last well. That's everything I need in an eyeshadow.
I suppose you want to know about the colors. I aim to please.

Kit- This color is a taupe lover's dream. It's a light gray taupe with a red duochrome, and I find it to be really versatile. I have used it all over my lid, in the crease, and as a lid color for darker looks. It also looks really nice on the lower lash line.

Manor- This is one of my favorite colors Brija has come out with thus far. It is a burgundy/brown with some different colors of shimmer throughout. It can look different depending on what you pair it with, and is really great for adding warmth to a look. It's never made me look ill, as some reds can tend to do. This is a really great addition to my rather large pigment collection.

Whitelighter- Oh. My. Glob. This is a must have color, because it's SO versatile. I love this for the inner corner, the lid, and as a face highlight. It's a very light yellow gold, and I find it to be very brightening.

Orb- This is another very unique color that I have really enjoyed. It's a periwinkle with purple and pink duochrome as well as a touch of teal. It's great for a pop of color on the lower lash line for all you lovely neutral loving gals, and can be used in many ways for those of you who like colorful looks.

Freeze- Freeze is a light, frosty blue. I like it for the lid and inner corner. I have also used it as a face highlight when doing a fantasy inspired look.

Premonition- Yet another super versatile shade. I love this for the lid, inner corner, and as a face highlight. It's very brightening and gives a lovely glow.

I really suggest everyone check out Brija Cosmetics. The ingredients are very clean, and the products come at a very reasonable price. I really have enjoyed watching Brija grow as a company, and I really think this is a great brand run by a fantastic person. I see so much potential for this company.
