The All Natural Face Vegan Cream Blush in Juicy Peach

The All Natural Face is a very affordable, natural, and ALL VEGAN company. They offer a wide array of products in a multitude of colors. I become more impressed with this brand with every purchase I make.
Cream blushes are a must have for me in the winter. Since my cheeks tend to get super extra dry, (yes, that's a technical term) I need something that's not going to make dry patches very obvious. I also want something that's going to stay for a long time, and sometimes with more moisturizing products this is not always the case. I decided to pick up a cream blush from The All Natural Face since the products are so affordable, and everything I have tried so far has worked well for me.

Website Claims: Available in all 27 shades of Our Fabulous Blushes!  These are fantastic!  They are sooo smooth on the lips and the color payoff is phenomenal!  Our customers off and ahhh at the blend ability on the cheeks...but once on the lips...they yell GIMMIE!
Ingredients: Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Argan Oil, Candelilia Wax, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Boron Nitride, Oxides
27 shades

On my skin tone, this color blends out to be a very natural peach. It's beautiful and great for everyday. The product is very easy to blend and very pigmented. I was very pleased and surprised after wearing this blush for a little over 12 hours and finding that it looked just as it did when I first put it on. I will be picking up more shades of this product.
What is your favorite product from The All Natural Face? If you haven't tried them yet, what do you have your eye on?
I hope everyone is having a great week so far and that you have a lovely weekend.

I....posted a video.

I recorded this a while back and just got around to editing it. (Which was super annoying.) I'm not sure if I'll do anymore videos, but it was nice to finally get the guts to post one. We'll see how it goes.

Cowgirl Dirt Southern Belle Cream Foundation Review

I decided to try the Cowgirl Dirt Southern Belle Cream Foundation when I heard WheatenBeauty1 speak about this in her YouTube video. She and I are both very fair and very dry, and she loves it. I have to say that I am also a fan.

Website claims: Want all day coverage? Try Cowgirl Dirt Cream Foundation to create the perfect natural look. Our Cream Foundation's amazing blend of ingredients heals damaged skin, nourishes and moisturizes the face, and supports and protects the skin from the sun. This is a product sun-kissed cowgirls need every day.
.75 oz jar
Ingredients: Capryllic/Capric Triglycerides (edible plant-based oil), Zinc Oxide (UVA/UVB Sun protection), Certified Organic Beeswax, Natural Clay, Phytolipid Complex (Certified Organic Jojoba Oil, Certified Organic Rosehip Seed Oil, Neem Oil, Natural Vitamin E, Silica, Certified Organic Greed Tea Extract, Certified Organic Passion Flower Extract, Certified Organic Raspberry Extract, Certified Organic Lime Extract, Certified Organic Tangerine Essential oil (+/- Iron Oxides, Ultramarine, Mica).
Available in 9 shades.
My shade is Warm Three

I apply this foundation over a primer. I ALWAYS wear a primer, because my skin is so dry. I have found that applying the foundation with the ELF powder brush is the best way for me. It will stay on all day without any problems, but I have found that it's best to work in light layers. Putting too much on at one time will cause it to move around, but once it has time to sink into my skin it does not move. It provides light to medium coverage and is very buildable and blendable. The finish of this foundation on my skin is dewy, but not greasy looking. I would say it's a healthy dewy. It has not caused my skin any irritation whatsoever. I love the ingredients.

The wear of this foundation is fantastic. It stays on ALL day. and I have worn it for 12 plus hours before. It can look a little dry after about 6 hours, but using a mineral mist fixes that right up. It doesn't settle into pores or fine lines, nor does it accentuate any dry patches I may have. This is a big deal for me since I tend to get patchy around my cheeks and between my eyebrows. It's also easy to blend powder products on top of this product. My bronzer and blush never looks patchy over it.
The only qualm I have with this foundation is the packaging. Having a jar you dip into over and over again isn't the most hygienic, but I'm not sure how else it could be packaged given the consistency of the product. It's something I can look over since I love the actual product so much.

I would recommend this foundation to dry and normal skin types, and I think it would make a great winter foundation for oily skin types. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me. I also want to try the cream concealer so, if you have tried it let me know your thoughts!

I hope everyone is having a fantastic week so far!

Makeup Highlights of 2012 TAG!

I was tagged to do this by the wonderful Brianna. She has a natural beauty blog and YouTube channel. I highly recommend everyone check her out!

1. Which makeup brand stood out to you most in 2012? Drugstore and High End.
My "drugstore" pick is going to have to be Pumpkin and Poppy. (If you've been following me, you probably knew I was going to say that.) Pumpkin and Poppy products are always fabulous. Her eyeshadow shades are always beautiful, complex, and amazing quality. She also has fantastic cream products. For high end, I would say Too Faced has really impressed me. They have amazing eyeshadows that blend well and are very pigmented, and their bronzer is super blendable. I really want to get more of the eyeshadow palettes this year.

2. Best new discovery of 2012?
Tarte Maracuja Creaseless concealer. It's saved me from looking dry and cakey under my eyes this winter. I hate the dry look more than anything, and since I have dry skin, I face this problem often if I'm not using the right products.

3. Best re-discovery, a product you fall in love with over and over again?
I'm not sure how well I can answer this since I've only been  wearing makeup a little over a year now. I'm going to have to say the ELF Studio Blush in Twinkle Pink.

4. Best seasonal product of 2012? Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall
Winter: Cowgirl Dirt Southern Belle Cream foundation. This product is great for dry skin and does not move during the day. Spring: Physician's Formula Organic Wear Mascara. This was my favorite mascara during the Springtime. Summer: 100% Pure Healthy Skin Foundation with Super Fruits. Great foundation for summer. It doesn't budge even in hot, muggy weather and gives fantastic coverage. Fall: The One Ring collection from Pumpkin and Poppy. I used that collection all during fall, and I still love it. I'm so glad she's made it permanent.

5. Best and worst limited edition collections of 2012? Drugstore and High End
Best "drugstore" would have to be Pumpkin and Poppy's One Ring Collection. I don't really follow high end collections, and I don't have a worst drugstore collection.

6. Most regretted purchase of 2012?
Probably the last bit of ELF products I hauled. I was very disappointed with some of the things I bought, and the customer service was just terrible.

7. YouTube and Beauty highlights of 2012?
Since I don't have a channel, I'm going to say that my YouTube highlight of 2012 was finding some fabulous girls on there that have the same passion for cruelty free makeup that I do. A beauty highlight was that I learned that I needed to use things that really work for me instead of products I just really WANT to work for me.

8. What is your favorite/best video on your own channel?
I don't have a channel, but my favorite post was probably recreate of Grace's silver, glitter, and plum smokey eye.

9. Best recommendations of 2012 from someone else?
100% Pure Organic Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream. Grace has been raving about this product for months, and for good reason! So glad I bought this.

10. Best makeup tool of 2012?
Real Techniques brushes! Love them.

11. What products are you excited to try in 2013?
I'm hoping that Pumpkin and Poppy will be able to do cream foundations this year. I also want to try more indie brands.

12. Will you do a makeup collection in 2013 or an updated video?
Since I don't have a channel, probably not.

Thank you for reading! I would love to know what your makeup highlights of 2012 were. I also want to tag:

Simple Winter FOTD

I have been wanting to do a post on the Pumpkin and Poppy Lip Pencil in Datura, because I LOVE it. However, it's been so gloomy out that I haven't been able to get a great picture of it. I know how important it is for people to have swatches that are true to color so, I will wait until I get some good sunlight to take those pictures. I have some reviews and swatches planned for other things, but the weather just will not cooperate with me! In the mean time, here is a simple FOTD. I'm just going grocery shopping and whatnot tonight, and I didn't really want to go all out.
