Review: Nuance Salma Hayek Walnut Facial Scrub

I bought this scrub when I decided to stop using my Clarisonic. I have extremely sensitive skin, and I think it was causing damage and increasing the redness around my cheeks and temples. I still need a scrub, because I have dry skin and if I don't exfoliate at least once a week, I get a lot of flaking which doesn't look pretty at all under makeup.
I heard of Salma Hayek products through CosmeticCouturier. I believe she was in search of some good cruelty free hair products at the time and spotted this line at CVS.
This scrub is gentle if used with a gentle touch and has not irritated my skin at all. It contains finely crushed walnut shells so, this is not a scrub that contains "beads" that dissolve as you cleanse. My skin does not feel stripped of moisture after use, nor does this leave a greasy feel to the skin.
I can detect the faint scent of walnut along with a perfume scent to the scrub. It's quite pleasant, and is not at all overwhelming. I can only smell it when it is my intention to do so.
This product retails for $7.99 at CVS and is 4 FL OZ of product. I use a tiny, tiny amount for my entire face and have used less than a fourth of the scrub during the 4 months or so that I've had it. I feel that this is a great scrub, and I recommend it to anyone in the market for one. It's a great value, as I'm sure it will last for months and months, and it does it's job well.
